Warranty

Claiming any warranty:

  • First report your complaint by email or by phone where you purchased the product. (Don’t forget to mention your phone number)
  • You need proof of purchase (the invoice)
  • Please clearly describe the problem in your email
  • For faster handling: please send photos that clearly show the problem
  • If necessary, the defective product must be sent to the technical service for inspection or repair. If photos have been sent, this is no longer necessary in some cases
  • An assessment will then take place to see whether the problem/defect is covered by the warranty.
