You can also endlessly practice things like handstands.

The seams of the Airtrack are heat-sealed at very high temperatures, ensuring 100% air- and waterproofing. The pressure and firmness can easily be adjusted to suit your age, weight, and training level.

12SPRINGS Airtracks are available in various lengths and thicknesses. Are you a gymnast, freerunner, athlete, or acrobat? We recommend a different thickness depending on the type of use. The thicker the Airtrack, the more bounce it offers, making it easier to learn a move. Want to learn a handstand or somersault? A length of 3 meters is sufficient.
