TIDDO Turnen

Color Gymnastics clubs can participate in TIDDO Gymnastics. TIDDO Gymnastics stands for Diploma Gymnastics for Budding Gymnasts. The 12SPRINGS TIDDO Gymnastics serves as a fun and educational preparation activity for later outflow into competitive sports. During TIDDO Gymnastics, relatively young girls are given the opportunity to develop in a positive way, further discover their enjoyment of the sport and create a good gymnastics foundation for the future.

Within TIDDO gymnastics 6 levels have been developed for mini’s up to and including beginners which are mutually compatible and in line with the KNGU medium level supplements. The gymnasts show to the judges during the TIDDO gymnastics days individually their (methodical) goals in which the 12SPRINGS products are also used.
