BredaGym

BredaGym is the gymnastics club of Breda and has something to offer for everyone. The little ones can already start exercising from the age of 2 and earn their Nijntje beweginggdiploma. And the older ones can join as long as they feel fit enough with the FitGym and Sport & Games classes. But also in between there is something for everyone:

• Miffy Exercise Diploma for toddlers
• Fun gym for preschoolers
• Gymnastics for boys and girls
• Free gymnastics for 16 years and older & adult gymnastics
• Selection gymnastics (premier division & levels 1 through 7)
• Acrogym
• G-Gym for athletes with intellectual disabilities
• Fitgym because we also want to stay fit from the age of 25 onward
• And Sports and Games for the ladies and gentlemen over 65

During the 2 annual competitions organized by BedaGym, the Turn Totaal Breda Cup and the OBTK, 12SPRINGS takes care of the (team) stage and the layout of the exercise square. These 2 large competitions are very popular with clubs, the registration is full within 5 minutes every year and participants from all over the country come to Breda to participate.
